Product Description

BestSolv® 40 is a high-performance inert dielectric perfluorocarbon (PFC) heat transfer fluid designed for reliable thermal management in sensitive electronic and industrial applications. Developed as a replacement for 3M™ Fluorinert™ FC-40, BestSolv® 40 offers similar performance for cooling systems where stability, safety, and electrical insulation are critical.

With a wide liquid range (boiling point of 165°C and pour point of -66°C), low viscosity, and excellent dielectric properties, BestSolv® 40 efficiently transfers heat while maintaining safe operation across varying thermal loads. The fluid is chemically stable, nonflammable, noncorrosive, and exhibits no flash or auto-ignition point—making it ideal for mission-critical cooling in semiconductor fabrication, power electronics, and test systems.

BestSolv® 40 is a similar molecule replacement for 3M™ Fluorinert™ FC 40.
